The Opportunity
A forward-thinking ecological consultancy is looking for an Associate Ecologist to lead their Wales team, based in Cardiff. The Role
- Lead the Wales ecology team, managing operational delivery and project pipeline
- Drive business development and grow the client base in Wales alongside the Regional Ecology Director
- Maintain high technical standards across PEAs, EcIAs, HRAs and EPS licensing
- Manage and mentor the Wales team, supporting their professional development
- Represent the business at client meetings and industry events in Wales
About You
- Degree in Ecology or a related environmental discipline
- Full CIEEM membership — required
- Associate or Principal-level experience within a consultancy
- Strong existing network or knowledge of the Welsh market would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
